About Troop 147

Scouts America Troop 147 is a youth-led troop based in Ooltewah, Tennessee, serving young men ages 11-17. We are dedicated to providing a strong Scouts BSA program that emphasizes leadership development, outdoor adventure, and service to others.

Meetings and Activities

Troop 147 meets every Monday at 6:30 PM at Ooltewah United Methodist Church (6131 Relocation Way, Ooltewah, TN). We host monthly camping trips, high-adventure activities, and regular service projects. Our troop also holds Committee Meetings on the first Monday of each month at 8:00 PM.
