About Our Troop

Troop 147 serves young men ages 11-17 in the Ooltewah area. We emphasize leadership development, outdoor adventure, and service to others through a Scout-led program.

What We Do

Weekly troop meetings on Mondays at 6:30 PM
Monthly camping and outdoor adventures
High-adventure trips (backpacking, canoeing, climbing)
Leadership training and youth-led activities
Merit badge opportunities
Service projects and Eagle Scout projects
Advancement through Scout → Eagle Scout ranks
